awwww sugar puddns!!!

It aint usually my place to moan but... check this out... i feel sick... check out the shit below...

CreativeWorks designed the 3-D Pozles in record time.

In keeping with CreativeWorks tradition of quality and speed when it comes to any project, CW designed and created the 3-D Pozles Universe, from scratch, in a phenomenal 4 days! In less than 100 hours from contact, or in less time than it would take to drive across the United States, CreativeWorks built an entire, imaginative 3-D Universe for Big Hug Productions!

...... i designed and directed this trailer last year....

I made this at least 8 months ago... and remarkably 'Creative Works' made it from
scratch in a phenomenal 4 days... go figure?????? I think I am justified in pointing out their trespass. i really wouldn't mind but, it's just so rude

Ahahaha, they made your pozzles and my pozzles mashed together!

And apparently also completely missed the point of both design philosophies...

I wouldn't sweat it though Mickles, because the only thing worse than not getting credited for those abominations would be actually getting credited for those abominations... Tiny blessings my friend.

So are you going to have an indignant email exchange with them or shall Adel and I?

I tend to agree with Andy. It all smacks of too much effort in a way.

At the same time, I would at least like credit to be offered where it was due. Clearly the image was lifted from one of the file from our first few promo drafts. They didn't even bother to change the poses, even if we scrapped it. Worse all they could do in 4 days was blow out specularities and make the models look way worse. I'm flabbergasted.

being as it is my designs that have been ripped i think you and adel can pretty well leave it alone

fair enough.

I'll leave all negotiation of goods and chattle to the big wigs.

Glad I roll with educated folk.

I just spoke to an IP lawyer friend of mine... in this case, technically since there were a number of people who worked on the original project, it isn't at all unfair to seek out acknowledgments by attribution.

We all acknowledge the original IP belonged to Fatkat/Big Hug. I also acknowledge that you and Mr.Coyle have seen the raw end of the stick respectively as designers... and what is fair is acknowledgment rights to all the people who worked on that project and the public release of that work that surfaced. Creative Works has clearly disavowed all of it and that's bull.

Ownership of the designs, IP... whatever. Acknowledgment for everyone is what matters..

Out of respect I was asking you if you wanted to contact them on that team's behest since I did see it as your project.

At any rate I'll be sending some emails anyway since it seems not everyone's best interests will be looked after based on your response.
